Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of 2026 regulatory landscape including AI governance frameworks
