Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, IoT, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and P&L management for experimental projects
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercializations
