- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor junior researchers through structured innovation sprints
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing and biotech integration
- Establish KPIs for measuring disruptive impact on Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in future-tech strategy
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching patented solutions
- Expertise in generative AI, blockchain, and nanotechnology
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
