- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and resource allocation
- Drive a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startup experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial modeling skills
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
