- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Drive a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or product development
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, or climate tech)
- Strategic planning with experience in long-term tech forecasting
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Stage-Gate or Lean Startup
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
