- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3+ concurrent projects
- Mentor senior engineers and present breakthroughs to C-suite and investors
- Drive patent portfolios and IP strategies for proprietary technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Strong venture capital relationships and fundraising experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
