Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ specialists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with NASA and DARPA
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
- Drive implementation of ISO 20700 standards for emerging technologies
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 tech horizon scanning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years at Fortune 500 level
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Physics, AI, or Sustainable Engineering
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in scenario planning for 2025-2030 technological shifts
- Published author in IEEE or Nature on future tech trends
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, and Python programming
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE Level 3 clearance
