Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum computing or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of scaling R&D budgets >$10M
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and policy development
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA or similar federal innovation programs
- Strong background in commercializing breakthrough technologies
