Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge prototypes for 2026 market readiness

- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling technical proposals
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Validated experience securing federal innovation grants
