Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching AI-driven solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling investor pitches
- Mentor junior innovators in agile development and future-proofing methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot deployments
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M ARR impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., PMI-SP or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience securing Series B+ funding rounds
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and future-tech SDKs
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurism preferred
