Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning

- Proven track record scaling AI systems at enterprise level
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on sustainable tech
- Advanced certification in quantum machine learning (QML)
- Experience with decentralized governance frameworks like DAOs
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
