- Drive innovation sprints using agile methodologies to deliver rapid MVPs
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology frameworks and future-proof skills
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, or sustainable tech
- Track record of scaling tech solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
- Strong background in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology trends (IEEE, TechCrunch, etc.)
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Stage-Gate or Lean Startup
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or equivalent ML/AI toolkits
