Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead high-stakes R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Present strategic innovation plans to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation lab team of 8-10 specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level stakeholder communication
