Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs
- Architect and implement scalable AI systems for predictive sustainability modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and academic research institutions
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development lifecycles
- Oversee patent portfolio development for breakthrough technologies in climate adaptation
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching products with >$50M revenue impact
- Certification in Future Studies (AFS) or Technology Foresight methodology
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience with EU AI Act and US Innovation and Competition Act compliance
