Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems for 2026 deployment
- Lead development of quantum-resistant encryption protocols for global infrastructure
- Direct cross-functional teams in neural interface and synthetic biology integration
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech innovators
- Present annual technology roadmap to board of directors and investors
- Oversee patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ IP filings annually
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading R&D teams in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling solutions from prototype to global deployment
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain TS/SCI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations with $10M+ revenue impact
