Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 3+ concurrent projects
- Present breakthroughs to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record shipping products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and emerging hardware languages
- PhD in Computer Science or related field from top-tier institution
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting innovations
