- Present futuristic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodology and trend synthesis
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough products with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend extrapolation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 executive teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
