Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for next-generation product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026 user experiences
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports for executive decision-making
- Curate and mentor our internal 'Future Think Tank' incubator program
- Represent company vision at global tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing future-oriented innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state product launches
