Responsibilities
- Architect strategic blueprints for 2026 technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/ML solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and digital twins
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Secure R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting (Gartner Hype Cycle experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture or similar
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with patent development for novel tech implementations
