Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with track record of successful future-state implementations
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or Technology Strategy
