Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026-focused technology roadmaps across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Design and prototype next-generation sustainable systems with 10+ year scalability
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry pioneers to push innovation boundaries
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and government entities
- Manage cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, futurists, and domain experts
- Develop patentable solutions for climate resilience and ethical AI governance
- Drive partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to global implementation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or AGI frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in future-tech domains
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF or equivalent bodies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable development goals
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for complex technical storytelling
