Job Description
We are looking for a visionary 2026 GenAI Architect to pioneer the next evolution of human-machine collaboration. As we prepare for the future of work, we are building autonomous systems that don't just assist—they execute. You will be responsible for architecting the infrastructure that powers the intelligent agents of tomorrow, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and indistinguishable from human-level reasoning.
Why Join Us?
• Work on cutting-edge AI that will define the industry standard for 2026.
• Competitive equity package and top-tier compensation.
• Flexible remote-first culture with headquarters in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Agents: Design and deploy self-improving AI agents capable of complex multi-step reasoning and autonomous execution.
- Optimize LLM Infrastructure: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines using Rust and C++ to minimize latency for real-time AI interactions.
- Build Semantic Memory: Develop vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to give AI agents long-term memory and context retention.
- Integrate Multimodal Data: Create seamless workflows that unify text, vision, and audio inputs into a single coherent AI output stream.
- AI Safety & Alignment: Implement robust guardrails and alignment protocols to ensure AI autonomy remains ethical and safe.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- Deep Learning Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- LLM Proficiency: Strong command of Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Llama) and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Haystack.
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design scalable distributed systems that handle high throughput and low latency.
- Coding Skills: Expertise in Python and proficiency in at least one systems programming language (Rust, C++).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of researching and implementing emerging AI trends before they become mainstream.
