Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech interfaces, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology initiatives to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and technology validation
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state technology forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-level
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
