Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and synthetic biology domains
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption and regulatory impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DARPA, and global research institutions
- Present futuristic insights to Fortune 500 clients and executive committees
- Oversee cross-functional R&D sprints with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' distributed to 15K+ industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published author in Nature Futures or equivalent high-impact technology journal
- Experience advising Fortune 100 CTOs on 5+ year strategic planning
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
