- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities in automation, sustainability, and digital transformation
- Produce forward-looking reports and whitepapers on future-of-work trends for 2026
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into client solutions
- Represent the company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends for 2020-2025 with documented impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain) and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into actionable frameworks
- Strong public speaking and thought leadership experience in tech innovation spaces
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects published in 2022-2023
