Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech) and their societal/business impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic blueprints for integrating next-gen innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on futuristic vision and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive trends and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Advise C-suite on technology investments and ethical implications of rapid innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their convergence effects
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work/tech topics
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
