- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop future-focused capabilities
- Architect governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and ethical technology adoption
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years in technology strategy
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
