Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce predictive market models and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Mentor emerging futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight software platforms
