Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with global sustainability and human-centric innovation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and neuroadaptive systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and government agencies for 2026 technology standards
- Drive innovation sprints focused on ethical AI, carbon-negative computing, and decentralized digital ecosystems
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor emerging technologists in future-focused disciplines and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future technologies
- Experience with large-scale technology transformation projects ($50M+ budgets)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology principles
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
