Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing applications, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and NASA on emerging technology incubation projects
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and international policy boards
- Build and mentor a diverse team of futurist engineers and researchers
- Patent novel technology solutions with 2026 market viability focus
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ future-tech commercialization successes
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or sustainable tech
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuromorphic systems
- Experience with UN SDG frameworks and technology policy development
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of deployed solutions impacting >1M users
- Security clearance eligibility (for DoE/NASA partnerships)
