Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystems, including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and decentralized networks
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify emerging threats and opportunities in digital transformation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with business strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and patent novel methodologies for next-gen systems
- Mentor emerging technologists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain development frameworks
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., University of Houston) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization projects
