Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify 2026-disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Produce trend analysis reports for Fortune 500 CTO councils
- Prototype decentralized identity systems for post-quantum security
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (2018-2023)
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum circuit modeling
- Track record scaling AI systems from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards
- Experience with EU AI Act and global tech governance frameworks
