Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing futuristic tech roadmaps (2018-2025)
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and neural network architecture
- Deep understanding of biotech-digital convergence challenges
