Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-adjacent technologies (AI ethics frameworks, quantum-resistant cryptography, neuromorphic computing)
- Architect scalable systems for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and metaverse economies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech threats/opportunities through our proprietary 2026 Tech Radar
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on next-gen space computing initiatives
- Present quarterly 2026 Tech Roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior tech leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on 2026-adjacent topics
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven experience scaling distributed systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurology with focus on 2026 tech trajectories
- Security clearance for DoD SBIR projects (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Rust, TensorFlow Quantum, and WebAssembly
