Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, integrating predictive analytics with emerging research
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to align R&D priorities with market foresight
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and global trend forecasting
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen innovations ensuring responsible deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors, translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and ecosystem partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in futures methodology, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology developments
- Experience scaling innovative initiatives from concept to market impact
