Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ predictive models using AI-driven trend analysis and behavioral forecasting
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and societal adaptation strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions (AR holography, bio-integrated tech)
- Advocate for responsible innovation through policy recommendations and industry standards
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions with documented impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing principles, and neurotechnology
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing tech policy
- Certification in Sustainable Futures or Systems Innovation (preferred)
