Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 horizon, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Develop and execute R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of future technologies
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory implications of next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies at scale
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong network within global technology innovation communities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFS)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
