- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build financial models for futuristic product launches
- Manage relationships with academic and industry research partners
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce and automation
- Lead innovation sprints with venture capital partners
- Monitor geopolitical and climate risk factors affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience building multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience scaling tech products to $50M+ revenue
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
