Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with academic institutions on future-focused research initiatives
- Anticipate geopolitical and socio-economic impacts on technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
