Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and neuro interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and existential threats
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready principles into current development cycles
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership publications on societal impacts of technological evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business imperatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
