- Produce annual Horizon 2026 trend reports for board and investor briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with demonstrable 10-year planning experience
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Future Quarterly, Wired)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of implementing future-proof strategies in tech or sustainability sectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Finland Futures Research Centre)
