Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products/services
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging paradigms
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical, technological, and market disruptions
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate an experimental mindset across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: Web3, AGI, climate tech, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
- Portfolio of published research or patents in forward-looking domains
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States
