- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing product concepts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future strategy implementations
