Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map emerging technological, social, and economic trends through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market disruption and opportunity
- Lead executive workshops to translate futures insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership and whitepapers on next-generation innovation
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market impact of emerging technologies through data-driven valuation models
- Advain C-suite on long-term strategic positioning and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Experience developing global innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
