Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports identifying paradigm-shifting innovations
- Architect cross-functional implementation roadmaps for emerging tech adoption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership and R&D teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build and mentor a high-performance futures intelligence team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
