Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ horizon planning
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board and executive stakeholders
- Establish innovation incubation frameworks for next-gen ventures
- Author foresight publications and thought leadership pieces
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators for strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
