Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for product innovation, market entry, and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-facing initiatives
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports and executive presentations
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging startups and research institutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and provide quarterly trend briefings
- Champion a culture of future-readiness across organizational departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and long-range strategic development
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking in futurism domains
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing projects
