- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-generation products and services
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and risk assessments for board presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
- Oversee annual horizon scanning reports and competitive disruption analyses
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption vectors
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects
