Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation products
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
