- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or corporate strategy with proven 2020+ impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and disruption scenarios
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
